How do I hang acrylic glass pictures and aluminum dibond pictures?
Acrylic glass pictures and aluminum dibond pictures are delivered with a gallery hanger and can also be hung directly.
What materials can I buy?
We use only high-quality, certified materials and generally offer 5 mm thick acrylic glass prints and 3 mm thick semi-gloss aluminum Dibond . Museum-quality consists of 5 mm thick acrylic glass prints and 3 mm thick semi-gloss aluminum Dibond.
Can I get a digital sample?
Yes, we offer a free digital sample! Send us a clear photo of the space you'd like to display the artwork, along with information about the type of artwork and format you're considering. We'll create a beautiful digital sample for you so you can instantly see how the artwork will fit into your space. You can email the photo and details to us (Info@unique-bild.de) . This way, we'll ensure you have a clear idea of the final result in no time!
Where are the images produced?
Your premium wall mural will be manufactured exclusively for you in our workshops in Germany. We ship your picture securely packaged so it can be easily and safely hung on any wall right away.
How quickly will my image be printed and delivered?
Production typically takes up to three business days. Delivery times from the time the order is handed over to our shipping service provider are typically two to three business days. You will receive an email as shipping confirmation, along with a tracking link to track your package.
How can I track my order?
You can track the status of your order using the tracking number on the respective shipping provider's website.
We will send the tracking number to the email address you used in the order.
How can I pay?
You can pay with PayPal, Amazon Pay, credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You can also pay on account through Klarna.
